To fete the 25th anniversary of his Monte Carlo restaurant, Ducasse has invited 200 of the top chefs from 25 countries for a culinary assembly that will culminate in a gala dinner Saturday. The three-day event will assemble the gastronomic glitterati, with names such as Joel Robuchon, Rene Redzepi, and David Chang.
