Available every weekend and public holiday, the buffet includes unlimited helpings of signature dishes such as the oven-roasted Wagyu prime rib, slow-roasted Kurobuta pork and coffee-flavoured Aussie rack of lamb.

Craft beer pairing menus at Felix, The Peninsula Hong Kong
Sample more than 20 exotic craft beers, which have been produced in limited batches by microbreweries for their unique and individual flavours, at Felix and American Bar in The Peninsula, Hong Kong from now until 19 March 2013.

The brews range from nutty and crisp to fruity and chocolatey, and come from microbreweries including Spain's Estrella Damm Inedit, whom Ferran Adria had a part in developing, our city's own Hong Kong beer and Japan's Kagua brewery.

Single malt whisky pairing menu at Goccia
Chef Fabrizio Napolitano has created an exclusive six-course single malt whisky pairing menu at Goccia, featuring The Singleton 12 and 18 year old. The dinner begins with a fine de claire oyster with whisky foam, Hokkaido scallop, followed by a homemade lasagna stuffed with veal shank and marinated for 24 hours with whisky.

Next, enjoy a slow cooked venison loin, cheese platter with Gorgonzola cheese and Jamie's Montgomery cheddar served with dried fruits and homemade compotes, and end with a trio of desserts including an apple and puff pastry, 80% Amedei chocolate tart and sticky toffee pudding.
