Indulge your comfort food cravings by ordering the Norfolk turkey and honey glazed ham with roasted vegetables and turkey and herb jus before rounding off the meal with a red wine-poached pear with cinnamon ice cream or a dessert platter of traditional Christmas pudding, dark chocolate mousse crumble and passion fruit sorbet available for dinner.

Four-course Christmas Eve promotion at Isola
Known for its homey Italian cuisine, Isola is offering a special set menu for Christmas Eve priced at HK$908 with a 10 per cent service charge.
The four course extravaganza includes tuna carpaccio with quail egg, smoked anchovies and green beans, rustic black truffle risotto and a choice of Wagyu braised beef cheek with celery root puree and crumbed John Dory with a vegetable nest and crunchy egg for the main course.

To start the meal is a Christmas tasting platter featuring salmon pastrami and smoked mousse on malt bread and foie gras and duck pate with Waldorf salad. Gold’s four-course traditional Christmas eve dinner starts off with a Hokkaido crab salad with crispy crab fritter and caviar chive sauce followed by organic egg and ricotta ravioli with duck confit.

In celebration of Christmas and winning ‘Best Italian restaurant in Hong Kong’ in the Ospitalità Italiana awards Aqua’s executive Chef Giuliano Dacasto has created a special Champagne zabaione with a fruity and fluffy Panettone bread with candied orange, lemon zest and raisins.
To complement the Italian festive dessert, the Christmas menu, available on Christmas Eve and day, follows Italian tradition by offering a pan roasted filet of sea bass served with purple artichoke and smoked potato mash.

Organic Christmas meal at Wild Grass
Using only natural and sustainable ingredients, Wild Grass is throwing a special French-inspired set of Christmas menus for Christmas Eve and day.
The four-course menu consists of mouth-watering dishes such as an Absolut Vodka sustainable prawn cocktail, a traditional roasted turkey and lamb shoulder and rum Christmas pudding with brandy butter.
For Christmas Eve, dinner is HK$980 per person while the Christmas day carvery lunch is priced at HK$860 per person.
