Dario Cecchini, the legendary Italian butcher from Tuscany, aka. the world's first "celebrity butcher" will be back at Domani on 29 and 30 November 2012 for two exclusive wine-pairing dinners limited to just 88 guests per night.

Known for his "surgical precision" in butchering whole cows, Dario will be presenting a beefed up menu of spicy meat ragu on toast, rosemary "up your bum", boiled beef and vegetable salad, Panzanese steak, T-bone or Porterhouse steak, braised beef and Tuscan bread -- all paired with beautiful Italian wines.
The Dario Cecchini menu is priced at HK$1,595 per person or HK$3,000 per couple (plus 10 percent service charge).

Three-star Michelin chef Sven Elverfeld at Tosca
Coming all the way from The Ritz-Carlton, Wolfsburg to Tosca is three-star Michelin chef Sven Elverfeld. Together with chef Vittorio Lucariello, Tosca's chef de cuisine, he will be serving an eight-course menu of his signature dishes from Northern Germany on 1 and 2 December 2012.

The menu features an amuse bouche of caramelised Kalamata olives with cauliflower, salmon trout caviar and white chocolate, followed by a Gillardeau oyster "Aga-Khan", and foie gras with plum foume d'Ambert and hazelnut. Mains include mackerel with pear, Breton Sole 2012 style, and roasted lamb cous cous with Middle Eastern flavours.
The Sven Elverfeld menu is priced at HK$2,888 per person or HK$3,888 to HK$4,588 per person with wine pairing (all prices plus 10 percent service charge).

Grand Hyatt Hong Kong sommelier Nicolas Deneux has chosen four wines to pair with executive Chinese chef Li Shu Tim's signature dishes at One Harbour Road for an exciting new wine pairing dinner.
