The white truffle season is here, and Amber at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental is serving up a breakfast menu topped with the luxe delicacy.
Amber will be serving white truffle in a tasty breakfast menu.
Throughout November and December, Chef Richard Ekkebus will introduce exquisite White Alba truffles from Italy. Guests can enjoy a satiating breakfast with shaved white truffle on eggs benedict or frittata.

Five-course white truffle menu at Tosca
Chef de Cuisine Vittorio Lucariello has created a five-course degustation menu to celebrate the white truffle season.
The five-course degustation menu at Tosca is priced at HK$1,500 per guest.
The menu features dishes including potato filled with ricotta cheese, egg yolk and pamigiano reggiano broth and homemade sabayon tortelli, chestnut cream and parsnip foam. The dishes are also available on the à la carte menu.
Priced at HK$1,500 per guest, extra white truffle can be served finely sliced or shaved at an additional HK$150 per gram.

Alba white truffles at Grissini
Chef Andrea Faire has tailor-made a special menu featuring this precious delicacy this November for lunch and dinner.
A highlight on the white truffle menu at Grissini is the 40 egg yolk tagliolini.

Michelin-starred restaurant Man Wah will present three exclusive dishes to which the exquisite seasonal ingredient will be added.
The white truffle menu at Man Wah will be available from 15 November to 14 December 2012.
Chef Man-Sing Lee has created the dishes which will be served from 15 November to 14 December 2012. Enjoy white truffles Cantonese-style through dishes including braised e-fu noodles, white truffle with lobster and cream sauce (HK$1,148) and braised rice casserole, white truffle, wild fungus and seafood (HK$1,168).
